ORDERS & SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally (outside Australia)?

Larry Bananas is based in Torquay VIC, Australia and ships from there. At this point in time, as we are just starting out, we are unable to offer international shipping for online orders.

When will my order ship and when will it arrive?

We will ship your order within 2-3 business days. During busy times (Christmas, Sales) there may be slight delays. All orders are shipped with Sendle and take between 3 - 6 business days to deliver once we have shipped. Remote locations may take a little longer.

I made a mistake on my order, can you fix it?

No problemo - as long as we haven’t shipped your order yet. Just email us and we can change your order accordingly. Once your order is shipped unfortunately we are unable to make any changes, sorry!

SIZING

Can you custom make or alter a size for my dog?

Unfortunately not. However, we have put a lot of effort in designing our apparel for dogs of all shapes and sizes and will continue to add more sizes as well as designs specifically for extra long or extra wide breeds.

What size will fit my dog?

Larry Bananas Apparel is designed for dogs of all shapes and sizes and our hoodies and tees have been fitted on a broad range of breeds.

The best way to measure your dog is around the chest just right behind the front legs.

On our Sizing Charts the smaller measurement (min) is the loose fit, the larger measurement (max) is a firm fit. If you are unsure about the size or if your dog is in between two sizes, we recommend to buy the larger size.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

I ordered the wrong size, do you accept an exchange?

We are happy to accept exchanges for any non sale, unworn and undamaged items. Simply email us and return your items within 14 business days of receiving. Once received we will issue you a credit code for the value spent that you can use to exchange for the correct size or item of the same value. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

I received a faulty item, can I get a refund?

Our apparel is handmade and carefully selected and packed for you. However in case you receive a faulty item, please email us straight away to organise a repair, exchange or store credit.

Is this for real?

Yes absolutely! All our apparel is made locally in Victoria. Our fabrics are made in Reservoir, our awesome designs are screenprinted in Geelong and every single hoodie and tee is carefully handmade by a local seamstress.
